One-on-One Coaching

*Currently offered virtually or in-person.

During COVID-19 restrictions, we’re offering sessions by Zoom and telephone, as well as socially-distanced, masked, in-person coaching sessions. We are careful to schedule all appointments so as not to overload our building.

We take each participant’s temperature upon arrival and ask that they wash hands upon entering. We sanitize every surface after each session.  Coaching sessions are an important part of recovery because they are personal, and allow each person to take a deeper look into what challenges they are facing in life, and find the tools and skills to be able to work through them without turning to substances.  We are here to support each person on their path to truly living healthy, whole and honest lives. One-on-one sessions are confidential.

Journey to Recovery Community Center is a peer support organization, which means that our staff have shared or lived experience with substance misuse and are on the path of recovery. All coaches undergo extensive training and have at least two years of continuous sobriety.

We support people in recovery, people struggling with relapse, and people supporting those who are struggling with drug misuse. We are a wraparound service: we’ll meet you where you are and help you take courageous steps forward, one minute, hour or day at a time.
